By filtering and interpreting massive unstructured data, NLP has altered finance. Financial sentiment analysis enabled by NLP changes banks risk management by making news, social media, financial data, and economic updates understandable in real time. Competitive banks and financial institutions must analyse unstructured data in a fast-changing market. NLP analyses financial sentiment in this research. This shows how they may enhance risk assessment frameworks and aid bank strategy. 

NLP can discover and analyse attitudes that may impact financial stability and decision-making using supervised and unsupervised learning approaches, making it a strong risk management tool. Financial businesses may use BERT, GPT, and custom algorithms to interpret emotions, market signals, and financial risks. NLP models can analyse millions of financial documents, extract key data, and predict risk reduction ideas. 

The NLP-based sentiment analysis may leverage several data kinds. Tweets discuss fresh economic issues, financial news covers macroeconomic trends and geopolitics, and complete earnings reports analyse a company's performance and prospects. Banks adjust risk models using financial metrics and information ecosystem behavioural indicators. Models improve financial predictions and reveal systemic risk that conventional risk management may miss.
Market-impacting news is immediately identified via NLP-based sentiment analysis. News and social media may alert high-frequency trading NLP algorithms to risks and possibilities. To solve this, the industry developed interpretable NLP algorithm decision models and tools. Building stakeholder and regulatory agency trust when using NLP-driven insights to make important financial decisions requires understanding.
