AI-Based Predictive Maintenance Optimization in High-Density Data Centers

Integrating AI into predictive maintenance has transformed high-density data center operations, where system uptime and efficiency are crucial. The benefits of machine learning (ML), deep learning (DL), and reinforcement learning (RL) are examined in this study to optimize predictive maintenance in such scenarios utilizing AI algorithms. While artificial intelligence has made progress in key areas, the report highlights data collection, real-time monitoring, and model deployment challenges. Case studies demonstrate how efficiently these technologies predict system failures, enabling proactive maintenance plans that save downtime and extend infrastructure life. The article discusses AI-driven predictive maintenance's economic and operational benefits, including cost savings, energy efficiency, and system resilience.
